Here is a small tribute for two big cars I made & I hope you all Enjoy it & the car’s as much as i have. Just a few advanced points about both cars The senator had a 10 Stack CD Changer In The early 90s & the Omega had Bose Sound System & sat-alight navigation in mid 90s…. They where both verry well equipped even in today’s standards advanced cars…. Even The Police have enjoyed both cars…. The Dual Ram Engine Made an amazing sound. Hope you all enjoy this Tribute. Excellent Knife Set,
I had the chance to try cutting with the Mercer’s chef knife at a local kitchen store. Compared to the Wüstof and Henckels knives, these Mercer knives are heftier with a bulkier hand grip. At first I did not like the bulkiness of the grip however I did like the weight difference. I would have purchased the knives locally, but the shop was unable to order this knife block set.
Now that I have been using these knives quiet a bit over the past week, it was definitely worth the purchase. I don’t even notice the bulkier hand grip now (and it is only bulky by comparison to Wüstof and Henckels). It is my understanding that these knives are commonly used by culinary students and I can understand why. This is a professional product for nearly half the price of other knives in this competition range. In order to keep the blades sharp, I also purchased the Mercer Genesis Collection 10-Inch Honing Steel.
One thing to be aware of with the glass knife block is that the knives are removed by pulling straight up. Of course this is obvious, but unlike other angled knife block sets, cabinet clearance may be an issue for some kitchens. I had not thought of this when originally ordering and at first was disappointed when I thought it would not be possible to store these knives on the counter under cabinetry. However, this is a very sturdy steel and glass knife block. I soon realized the block does not slide when tipped. So whenever I need to remove or return a knife to the block I simply lean it forward without trouble.
Regarding another reviewer’s issue with the staining of the bread knife: I have cut bread numerous times so far and have had no issue with staining. I have also used it to cut tomatoes. As for the other knives, I have cut chicken, strawberries, peppers, carrots, garlic, etc. with no issue. I do hand wash the knives directly after use as recommended by the manufacturer.
Overall, I am very pleased with this set.

These knives are of very good weight and very sharp. Definately not a cheap feel! The glass block is awsome and looks great on the kitchen counter. It is easy to assemble, and easy to clean.

|Replaced old thermostats – much happier!,
I bought three of these units for my house (planning on buying the 4th soon) and couldn’t be happier. The rooms where I’ve installed these all do seem to maintain a consistent temperature better than they did with the old, odd mix of non-digital thermostats the house came with. Install was a snap and they are easy to use and read. Wish the price was cheaper like thermostats used with other heat types, but I guess it makes since considering the amount of voltage that has to pass through its parts.

|Great thermostat. Remember this is rated 2000W at 240V,
Overal very happy with the purchase. Instalation was very easy. I did it in 15 minutes. Just please make sure you getting this for a heater thats rated at no more than 2000W at 240V or 1000W at 110V. If conecting to one heater it must be no more than 7 feet. If two no more than 9 feet of total lenght.
I got this one for my bedroom where i have one 6 foot heater of 1500W. I was going to buy more of them but luckly i found more info on maximum connected watts on other websites. Good thing i checked before buying more, or I be returning rest.
So this is not rated for big rooms. In my living room I have two heaters of total power of 3500W, so this thermostat would not be safe for that instalation. They have another model RLV430A that i will buy for above set up.
So check your heater watts usage. I am very suprised that the most important information is not written in product description.
I like the way this thermostat adjust power usage by not always passing through full power to heater. It has 5 vertical bars: 5 – 100% 4 – 80% 3 – 60% 2 – 40% and 1 – 20% 0 – OFF. Very energy efficient.
