So- I’ve established that my Sunbeam is best for things like cakes, whipped cream or pot of Mashed potatoes. However, my little Kenmore, 200 Watt lad is so powerful I had a difficult time controlling it while putting the flour in it. The Sunbeam Mixmater says 235 watts, though I found it has some tender spots- it can probably overheat faster compared to the KMX10T. The cookies were the backdrop of the video, but if you;re interested in the recipe- google chocolate chip cookie recipe and you’ll find so many hits.
